ATM & Banknote Validator Belts
Timing belts manufactured in Neoprene and PU giving excellent frictional properties whilst providing the required wear characteristics. Flat belts manufactured in EPDM, Hypalon, Neoprene and PU for ATM and Banknote handling applications. Using PU materials and our moulding techniques we offer specially designed lugs and profiles providing the design engineers further options when designing their products.
Precision Rollers and Shafts
Precision rollers are vital components in many applications
Rollers and shafts (steel and plastic core assemblies) can be supplied in a wide range of shore hardness and in a variety of materials including Polyurethane, EPDM, Neoprene and Silicone to cater for the individual needs of each application.
The manufacturing processes include compression moulding, transfer moulding, injection moulding and extrusion.
A choice of roller surfaces to suit the application – flat, concave, convex, ground or grooved.
Typical roller types are Fuser Rollers, Pressure Rollers, Magnetic Rollers, Charge Rollers, Grit Rollers, Thermal Print Rollers, Transport and Feed Rollers with other applications on request.
